After Jamala won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2016 with her 1944 song, Ukraine won the right to host the final part of Eurovision 2017. The organizers were faced with the task of adequately presenting an international contest of a European scale at a high level. And again the help of TENT PLETTAK was required.
Eurovision is a great opportunity to watch not only the show, but also to see a new country. Many foreigners came to the song festival in Kiev for the first time and therefore it was important to do everything possible to make them like Kiev and Ukraine.

TENT PLETTAK installed mobile pavilions for festival guests. So on the territory of the international exhibition center on Levoberezhnaya, our assembly teams installed 8 mobile pavilions of various designs, differing from each other in size and purpose.
At the very entrance, 4 tents Pagoda Highlight of the C-TENTS series were installed, which "invited" guests from afar with their high peak roofs. Each such tent measures 5 x 5 meters with a roof 5 meters high. In them, the organizers met the guests and provided the visitors with the first necessary information.
Also, 2 pavilions were mounted on a special podium made of scaffolding. The podium was covered with a wooden floor, the top layer of which was made of special plywood. Such a floor structure, when using a heating system, provided comfortable conditions for guests and organizers of the event. These were structures measuring 10 x 20 meters and 20 x 20 meters.
There were also installed 2 public awning pavilions 30 x 30 meters and 20 x 20 meters.
The total area of all installed pavilion structures was 2000 square meters. All installation work was completed in 5 working days.
