In summer of 2020, a logistic warehouse was installed based on the H-LINE Röder structure, 25m long and 20 m wide.
The H-LINE hall system is perfect for warehousing and logistic. This premise can be easily adapted for different applications. The H-LINE structure is suitable not only for long-term use but at the same time they can be fast and easy moved and adjusted.

This structure was installed on an open site. The logistic warehouse dimensions 40 x 40 meters with a wall height 6,2 m was installed in 10 days. The limited area of free space around the premise created some difficulties during the installation of the warehouse.
Sandwich panel walls and two-layer PVC coating roof were used for the warm structure. The roof is filled with the air by means of pumps which provide good thermal insulation and at the same time protects against condensation and accumulation of snow on the roof. Special pumps monitor the working pressure in the roof cavity and automatically maintain the pressure at the set level.
The use of the warm roof saves more than 50% of energy for heating.
There were installed two sectional gates which rise to the ceiling when is opened to provide comfortable transfer of goods to warehouse and from warehouse. Sectional gates have high tightness and the best properties concerning heat storing. They are resistant to opening from the outside, have a long service life and in case of mechanical damages it is possible to change only one damaged section.
