In spring of 2020, TENT PLETTAC LLC installed the warm logistic warehouse on the basis of the H-LINE Röder structure, 200 m long and 30 m wide.
The H-LINE hall system is ideal for storage (warehousing) and logistics and provides a versatile space that can be adapted for different applications. The H-LINE structure is suitable not only for long-term use, but at the same time, they can be quickly and easily moved and adjusted. There are ground anchors and point supports necessary for installation.

This structure was installed on the opened site. The logistic warehouse 200 m long and 30 m wide with a wall height 6,2 m was installed in 3 weeks.
Since the structure should be heat-retaining, the walls were installed with sandwich panels and the roof with two-layer PVC-covering. The roof is filled with air by means of air pumps providing good thermal insulation and at the same time protects from condensation formation. Special pumps automatically monitor the working pressure in the roof cavity and maintain in the set level.
There was installed floor in the warehouse to provide comfort movement of goods. The base of the floor is plettac contur scaffolding. Formwork beams were established on these scaffolding. And the top layer is formwork plywood and a special covering.
68 built-in loading ramps for trucks allow to ensure high efficiency of the logistic process during loading and unloading of trucks. There were also two gates on shutters.
